A Place in Time is a roleplay set in a mysterious, dilapidated city. Almost 150 years ago, a mysterious event caused the city to be swallowed into the folds of spacetime, trapped where the wind never blows and rain never falls. It is now 143 AE, after the event, and within this city exists the Blackburn Home for Abandoned and Troubled Children. This is no ordinary orphanage. In it exists the secret to millions of worlds, the mysteries of time and space solved. Unlock the ability to bound, and experience the endless ocean of universes around you.

The Golden Tower is the tallest tower in Kikokawa, overlooking the entire mass of the city. The observation deck is large and open, with a small garden in the middle, bathed in sun let in by the skylight.
